Avenue

Avenue, developed by the Novare Group, is a 389-unit, 36-story high rise condominium building located on a .8065 acre site at 200 Church Street in downtown Charlotte. The street level features 9,900 square feet of retail space with levels two through nine including structured parking. This project was yet another successful venture by the Novare Group. The project was built, sold and the debt repaid in full in 20 months.

 

Benton House

Benton House, located on Fairview Park Drive in Dublin, Georgia, is "home away from home." This single-story community allows independence to thrive while 'round-the-clock help is only a quick call away. Benton House offers services such as menu options for every meal, weekly housekeeping and linen services, full-service beauty and barber salons, beautifully landscaped courtyard areas and a full social event calendar.

This 40,800-square foot residence includes forty-seven assisted living units and twelve units for the memory impaired. Benton House was developed by Dublin Senior Living Partners, LLC and is professionally managed by Principal Senior Living Group, providing a combined 50 years experience and unique understanding of the needs of the seniors.

 

Benton Village

Benton Village is situated on an 8.33-acre site convenient to U.S. Highway One in Palm Coast, Florida. This 79-unit facility offers assisted living, independent living and Alzheimer's care. Developers in this project were Dave Winters, Kyle Diekmann, Clyde Tant, Tom McVay, Dennis Dean and Rick Whaley. This is one of many projects we have financed for these gentlemen through the years.

 

Fresenius Medical Care

Fresenius Medical Care, located in Harriman, Tennessee was constructed by Tri-South Contractors, Inc. The 7,935 square-foot building is a full-service, state-of-the-art kidney dialysis center, comfortably servicing up to 20 dialysis patients at a time and spacious enough for a large staff.

Fresenius Medical Care of North America is a major provider of kidney dialysis services and renal care products. They provide products, dialysis care services, support and education for Chronic Kidney Disease.

Tri-South Contractors, Inc. has been a loyal and valued customer of Empire for over 20 years.

 

Kiddie Academy

Clyde Tant, long-time, valued customer of Empire, developed this Kiddie Academy outside of Gainesville, Florida. At 9,022 square feet, the single-story daycare center includes a parent- and child-friendly reception area, eight classrooms, a large kitchen, several functional staff offices and multiple "pint-sized" restroom facilities.

Kiddie Academy has been a leading childcare provider for more than 27 years.

 

Metropolis

Metropolis is a mixed-use high rise project, developed by Wood Partners and the Novare Group. It is located at 933 Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. The Metropolis is a 498-unit condo project, which includes two 14-story residential towers each rising above a six-level parking and retail area. The street level floor features 39,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. This property is one of the fastest selling condo projects in the history of Atlanta.

 

RedTail Mountain

RedTail Mountain is a beautiful 720-acre residential development in the extreme northeast corner of Tennessee. The development consists of over 450 multi- and single-family lots. A par 72 eighteen-hole golf course with breathtaking views meanders through the development. With over 400 feet in elevation changes, it is a true "mountain course. " Right in the heart of the development is a newly renovated 18,000-square foot clubhouse with all of the amenities. The developer on this project is Group VI, with whom we have done several deals over the years.

 

Spire

Spire is a mixed-use high-rise project developed by Wood Partners and the Novare Group. It is located at 860 Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. Spire is a 393-unit, 28-story condo project. The street level floor features 21,500 square feet of retail space. This project was built, the units sold and the debt repaid all within less than two years.

 

The Franklin Hotel

The Franklin Hotel, located just two blocks from the UNC campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is a 67-room premier luxury boutique hotel. The five-story structure encompasses over 51,000 square feet and features a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa services, a lobby/piano bar, an upscale restaurant and 2,300 square feet of meeting/event space.

 

Viewpoint

Viewpoint is another very attractive mixed-use, high-rise condominium project developed by the Novare Group. The 378-unit, 36-story building is located in Midtown Atlanta. Levels one through ten include a combination of two stories of retail space containing 30,500 square feet and ten stories of structured parking, with a 26-story condo tower above it.

 

Wilmington Island Plantation

Located only ten minutes from beautiful historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, Wilmington Island Plantation is one of the most desired addresses on the Savannah islands. The spacious, luxury condos feature marble and mahogany floors and granite countertops. The facility offers many amenities including a pool, fitness center and marina; all situated adjacent to the Wilmington Island Golf Club.

Winnwood Retirement Community

Winnwood Retirement Community is a congregate care facility owned by T.J. and Frank Rauls. This project consists of 52 assisted living units and 150 independent living units. The Rauls own and operate several similar facilities, all of which are financed by Empire. They have been customers of Empire for over twenty years.
