Washington Commons Independent Living Facility is located in Evans, Georgia. This project includes a three story, 117 unit building and 10 cottage units. It is operated by Holiday Retirement Corp. Holiday Retirement is one of the largest retirement community operators in the country. They currently operate over 260 facilities in the United State, as well as facilities in Canada, England, and France.
