Wilmington Plantation is a 46 unit residential condominium complex located near Savannah on Wilmington Island. This property was originally the Sheraton Savannah Resort and Country Club. The Sheraton was built in 1926 and 1927. Our loan provided funds for the conversion from a hotel to condo units. This project included substantial refurbishment and an addition of approximately 20,000 square feet of living space. Bill Foster is the developer of Wilmington Plantation.
